For sewage disposal systems, the minimum setback from any water body or wetland is 100 feet, measured from any leaching/absorption component to the closest point of such water body or wetland.  This setback is also measured to adjoining property shorelines and wetlands.

Boathouses are usually allowed through the permitting process, provided that they do not have alternate uses or do not violate other regulations.

General cutting restrictions apply to the first 6 feet of shoreline and the first 35 feet.
